Received Damaged item

I ordered the RAMBLER 28 oz Bottle Chug Aguifer Blue and it was recieved with chipped lid. this was a gift and was not noticed until the item was opened by the recipient. Will need to either replace the lid or exchange the entire item/chug -- please advise on how we will proceed on getting a replacement. Thank You
