I never rented the vehicle, I showed up to get it but Alamo would not let me rent it. I am certain because of this I am due a full Refund. My Confirmation Number is 132616****. User's recommendation: Do not think you can rent a car without a Major Credit Card EVEN IF you’re able to Reserve one.
