I went to racetrac on 7/10/21 havent been to this racetrac in about 5-6 years but I use to love this racetrac. I instantly could tell it wasnt what it use to be. Store didnt look well managed, associate was talking on her phone not making eye contact with the customers then she said to the customer COME ON as to say Im ready to assist you. The associate that helped me looked like she hated her life let alone her job and I felt so disrespected as if she wanted me to get out of her line. I went in to get gas and scratch offs cashed, cashed in my scratch offs and told her I wanted 10 dollars of my winnings in scratch offs and the rest in cash she rolled her eyes like I was asking her to pull Excalibur out of the stone. Worst gas station experience and I normally wouldnt do this but dude. User's recommendation: Don’t go because I’m pretty sure it’s a lot of confrontation.
