My order is late and response from Kerry is not accurate

Lazada shows receipt 5 or 6 May today is 9 May. Lazada so far has done NOTHING to help identify reason except to tell me since order is shipped you can do nothing Why wont you help push Kerry Thailand to deliver my produce and why is your order track information not up to date. I am loyal and frequent Lazada user this is first time to experience poor customer service from you. Richard Fregin.
