Total lack of understanding about what “Customer Service” means

I waited on the phone for 1 hr. and 15 minutes to speak to a supervisor and when i did, he hung up on me. They refused to provide me with my credit score. They refused to update my score based upon recent payments. The customer service representative spoke broken English User's recommendation: Call The Consumer Protection Agency.
