Hi yes I have been trying to contact a customer service personnel for over a month now and can never get the stupid automated system to let me talk to a real live person EVER!! this is very very frustrating as I am trying to work on fixing my credit and can't view anything or the determination on the disputes I filled. Please help me User's recommendation: Don't ever expect to get ahold of a live agent.
