They will not refund me my cancelled flight

My flights to Italy were cancelled last summer by Delta due to COVID. Delta Airlines and the DOT has stated I should receive a refund. This company refuses to provide me my refund and will only allow me to use my remaining credit to travel to Europe, which is not possible. They are profiting off a pandemic. User's recommendation: NEVER use this company!
