I order food from bitesquad using the spice diner as my choice. The order was set to be deliver at 2:42pm on August 5 2021. Around 3pm, I checked bite squad app to track my order. It said it was delivered. After checking my porch and the garage- I reached out to the spice diner in SC, to see if my food was picked up. They informed me that it was still on the counter and that it had been ready for a while. I attempted to reach out to bitesquad but no number was available leaving my only choice of communication being a live chat.
