My recent trip to turkey has been cancelled due to covid restrictions So i had the option of an open ticket with budget air I now have new travel dates i wish to travel However trying to make contact with budget air is impossible Telephone lines are closed They have not responded to any of my 30 odd emails The online chat travis bot is of no use as my booking has now disappeared it only shows bookings i have previously made so unable to transfer to an agent from
