Contacted their emails 5 times got two responses without the flight info that was requested. They kept telling me to look on their page under my trips but as explained repeatedly to them i made a profile after i booked through the app i used so it wasnt linked to my profile with them. They never sent me the information and do not have a phone number to call. Hands down my worst site to book through. I had to wait on the phone for hours to get the information from American Airlines and they messed up some my information transfer with my name combining my middle name with my first User's recommendation: DONT USE BUDGET AIR.COM!!!!!
