Unable to speak to some one and lam left with no communication if my ticket was refunded or credited or anything als I wasn't even send an email confirming the conversation with them. The staff member just wanted to Finnish the conversation with asking me if he solved my issue and left the chat User's recommendation: Don't book with them with out writing confirmation of 100% return if issues acquired.
