I Booked flight from Turkey to Nigeria for a conference meeting. Due to the complex COVID-19 protocols in Nigeria we have decided to hold meeting in Kenya. I wish to cancel my Booking and ask for a refund so that I can Book another flight to Kenya from Turkey. Unfortunately, I have sent many mails to BudgetAir US through info.us@***.com no response from BudgetAir and I am really sad and I am already scared that I have been scammed by BudgetAir US because I have read many negative comments about BudgetAir online about their none response to mail and wrong phone number that belongs to Vayama. I hope this is not a scam. I need quick response to my problem please. I hope I will never have anything to do with you guys again.
