Nothing showed up!

I am waiting for my food I have been watching no one showed up and all the sudden the app says that my food arrived when my directions said to call on arrival either way I asked for no contact delivery nothing is here no one has showed up and I paid almost $30 I want to know where my food is Ive tried to push the help button on your app and nobody is responding to me for the last 15 minutes now.
