I order dinner last nite and was not inform that the resturant will take two hours to prepare my meal till after i place it... When i tried to cancel it... Cause it was going on 8:30- 8:45.. It wouldn't let me cancel the order... And i couldn't get ahold of live chat... It got to my house at 9:50... I place the order at 7: 32... When i asked for a full refund they wouldn't give it to me... Than they would give me a $15.00 refund to my bitesquad and not my bank account... I will not be ordering bitesquad again after this experience! I want to talk to corporate or legal about getting a refund... Thank you...
