I have bought many products from in Texas and this is the first time I ever had to reach out to Customer Care. I purchased an InTEXT pure spa 13 months ago and tried to reach out to in text right before the warranty ended however Ive gotten no response until recently. Ive spoken to Amy and two other Customer Care representatives who could not help me and honor the fact that I was a couple of days out of warranty. I have recommended in text to multiple friends who have bought not only spas but also pools.I am saddened by the customer service that I received from and text who said that they cannot help me and hung up on me multiple times User's recommendation: My future recommendation for customers for InTEXT products as hopefully you don’t need Customer Care because if you do you will not be helped.
