Machine runs out of balance frequently. Is 9 yrs old. Model discontinued. Cost of repair and parts may be more than worth. No local good repair company in this area. Used Buddy's appliance once- never again. Researching new washer. Customer service helpful. I feel 9 yrs for a washer is not good when only washing for 2 adults. Has been a good machine and I have liked. User's recommendation: Make sure GOOD service available In your area prior to purchase.
