ordered parts for my koeler engine I paid for it with my credit card and paid for priority shipping . was told I would receive order in 3 to 5 business days. after 13 business days visited local post office to track the order I was told that the package. never left I had called them 4 times and was told it had shipped! my tractor was apart for over 3 weeks! iodized from another company and received parts in2 days. paid User's recommendation: never order from this company charged 46.00 I paid 20.36 they suck!
