Original review posted by user Sep 02, 2020 Above booking number (B1364****) booked on May 21, 2020 had to be cancelled due to Delta Air cancelling my flight into Flint, both the morning and afternoon flights. Cancellation was within a couple weeks of booking. Cancellation of (B1364****) was well within you stated guidelines and we are well beyond your time of guarantee of refund. Please refund the $283.76 USD to my Credit Card immediately. I would hope no further legal action to be necessary. User's recommendation: Cancellations are a nightmare!
