I booked my car rental 5 months ahead of my trip. Afterward, I realized that their prices is very high compare to others ~$300 more. My credit card declined due to suspicious charge from Europe. But then they tried again and able to charge. I immediately email them to cancel. There is no phone number to call. Only email. I got an email confirmed my cancellation, but they still charge me almost $80 for a cancellation 5 months before my trip. DO NOT USE EconomyBookings.com. They are NOT ECONOMY at all.
