Hi, I booked a house cleaning for today, 2-6pm. I havent heard from a provider and the app says waiting for provider to accept project. What does that mean?! I already paid for the job! I was supposed to hear from a provider 24 hours ahead of project. Its less than 8 hours and I havent heard anything from you. Amy Sax User's recommendation: Do not user.
