There’s no money on my gift card

I was given 2 gift cards of 100 each They were purchased on the same da y ... 1 worked and 1 didn't I filed a case and got case # they tell me there's is nothing you can do without the receipt, they were gifts and the person that purchased it for me doesn't have reciept.. User's recommendation: not to buy these cards.

》 Direct deposit in the wind. My Vanilla Mastercard has Bancorp Bank on the back of the card. When I set up direct deposit for my tax return, I used the Bancorp routing number.
