Keep trying to check the balance on a Visa Vanilla gift card (debit) and for two days now it keeps reporting "A system error has occurred. Please try again later.". There is NOTHING on the page to report this long standing error to someone so it can be corrected. I won't be accepting any more Visa Vanilla gift cards in the future. User's recommendation: Stay away from any gift card that you can't retrieve the balance!
