Look out for the Zillow agents! The Zillow contract does not protect buyers. Sellers can back out of contract at any time with noi penalties - even two days before the acheduled closing! Have your attorney review their contract or better yet, do not buy any properties listed by a Zillow agent! User's recommendation: Stay away from properties listed by Zillow agents!
