Details of property incorrect, unable to correct on line
We bought a house in Nov 2020, Zillow is showing that the house was sold on 3/2021 again. The sale price is incorrect and quite lower than the actual sale price. We have contacted Zillow multiple times via email and phone call messages with no resolution. It is very disappointing that a company with reputation as Zillow is not doing a better job of resolving customer issues. We got an email message back that the issue cannot be fixed. This affects us in future when we attempt to sell the house. Zillow customer service is disappointing! User's recommendation: Zillow does nothing care about their customers.
