It was extremely difficult to order my free spools. On the site I clicked freeze spools but then it wouldn't let me check out. I tried to access you by phone and that took me forever just to find a number. Could not get an agent had to talk to your voice machine. I am extremely happy with the product, it just and does not need to be so difficult for your customer's
