Hi, yes it a problem this will be my third time trying to find out what happened to my sandal that I ordered May 26th, 27th and this is June 18th and I still have not received them what is taking so long? For me to get them, it didn't take this long for the company to take my money out of my account. It shouldn't take this long for me to get them, and it's been over 20 days and I still haven't received them.
