Wrong Spurtle Set received

Original review updated by user Mar 31, 2021 I ordered the plain spurtle set and today I received the black. Please advise how I can get what I ordered. I have called every phone number on the internet for this company and get music for 6 minutes then says, "out of time" and hangs up! Cannot get a real person to resolve the problem! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! User's recommendation: Very poor customer service, NONE of the numbers work to get a real person.
