Broken fryer, trying to get refund & return label

ordered air fryer 2/13 received fryer 2/20, two days later fryer broke, doors wouldn't open or close properly. called customer service 2/22, spoke with summer, who took information and told me someone would call me back. 3/1 spoke with sergio, told me summer is new, no one would call me back. requested refund. 3/3 spoke with jason told him same story, he hung up on me. 3/3 called back spoke with alex, told him same story, got a case #. 3/22 spoke with sergio again asked him what the delay was in getting refund and return label, since it's now been a month trying to get anything from this company, told me it's still in process. I asked to speak with a supervisor, told me not possible since he is working from home. so after a month with no resolution I would strongly advise against purchasing this product. still trying to get this machine out of my dining room...frustrated beyond belief.
