No solution to MY problem

I installed the Tropical Smoothie Cafe App; It does not go past the first picture of the app (red smoothie) to allow me to order, no QR shows to scan to get credit for my purchase, and it does not come up with the link to place in your receipt information to add your receipt information. I have been trying to get credit for this receipt since the day I bought it - March 15 on 4 different occasions. I asked them if they would add this receipt in for me. Also how can I get credit for furture purchases. No one sends me the correct information. All I get is FQA section sent to me and the rewards. WELL- IF THE APP IS NOT WORKING TO BEGIN WITH, THESE TWO SECTIONS WILL NOT DO ME ANY GOOD. I can not order with this app either. I showed the associate at my local smoothie and she saw what I was talking about. User's recommendation: If you have a problem here - forget it and shop somewhere else.
