Defective glasses and not honoring warrantee

Original review updated by user Jun 30, 2021 I purchased a pair of Ray Ban glasses from Lenscrafter and the frame broke. I purchased a replacement frame from Ray Ban who owns Lenscrafter. The replacement frame broke in the same spot and Ray Ban refused to honor the two year warranty which is common after reviewing their customer complaints. I sent pictures and receipts which they did not care about. They do this all the time per their reviews.. User's recommendation: Do not buy Rayban or Oakley (owned by them) products.
