The frame to my glasses broke

Took my glasses off for bed woke up to a broken frame around the lens just a clean crack bought them almost a year and i used them like three months since I worked out of town didn't get a chance to take them back to where I bought them but got the number for warranty from a fellow Ray Ban user cause the optical yes I ystore I bought them from didn't even offer assistance with that
