Poor customer service when picking up an online order at the Academy in Cypress Texas

I placed and paid for an order online. Then went to the Cypress Texas store location to pick it up. There was one clerk and the store manager assisting people at Customer Service. The manager completed a transaction with the customer in front of me. I was the next in line. The manager looked at me and said, Ill help you in a second. The clerk had a customer at the other register, who must have been doing her Christmas shopping! There were three other clerks behind the Customer Service counter, playing on their phones. When I told one, I only needed to pickup a prepaid online order, the clerk helping the complicated customer told me to wait. The manager was helping checkout clerks on the main floor. After 15 minutes, the line at Customer Service had grown to six people in queue! After 20 minutes, the single clerk working was finally able to help me. I will NEVER use the online ordering and checkout again. I could have picked up my two items and gone through the regular line in 5 minutes! On my way out, I told the manager his one second was 20 minutes, with no help from him. He did recognize me and half hearted apologized. No excuse. User's recommendation: Do Not use online ordering, paying and pickup at the Cypress Academy.
