So my order was scheduled to arrive on August 11, but there was an error in my shipping address, so I got a call from Fashion Nova saying that my order has been sent back. I changed my shopping address immediately like they asked me, and they told me as from August 12 my order will be delivered. On August 12 I didnt see my order then I went to track it, it said my order is scheduled to arrive on August 14. It's been days that Ive been waiting, and I planned to wear that dress at an occasion next week. I am very upset by the false hope I received regarding the delivery of my order. User's recommendation: The customer service is not very helpful.
