I purchased what was supposed to be a Samsung Galaxy S30, but Samsung Electronics Corporation verified that they make no such product. I immediately contacted wish support through the app, gave all of the pictures and information they needed, and didn't hear from them again until 3 days later. I got an automated response, then didn't hear from them for another 3 days. They are allowing counterfeit items to be sold and have the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau User's recommendation: Don't buy electronics from Wish.com!!!
