Trouble with logging in to my account

My first call was cut off before I was helped. I called back and realized I had been charged a $1.00 fee because I called and wanted an agent or whatever their called to help me, I was put on hold as soon as i was connected, call was dropped again. Called 3rd time was charged 1.00 so I chose pissed consumer and decided not to put $ on the card/stop using/unsatisfied
