I subscribed 3 cignal boxes way back 2017 or 2018. Then in November 2019 one of the box malfunctioned. I was trying to reach them, but i was having a hard time to contact. Used to be, there is a phone number in our area that can directly contact them. I'm not sure if it's a subsidiary or franchise, but then it got centralized, and the service got worst. So that malfunctioning box got left unfixed, and kinda left it as that. Then during the pandemic of 2020 around September, the 2nd box malfunctioned. And up to now i had lost interest of calling them. Now i want to cancel my subscription, the recording on their hotline told me to call by 9 am told ke to call User's recommendation: I highly do jot recommend.
