Hello my name is Dominique Richardson. My family and I stayed at your Benihana location in Lombard, IL. We love your food. We come all the time. Your ceiling was leaking brownish red thick goo. It fail on my mother and got in her eye. It got all on my daughter and her clothes she's 2. My niece and my outfit also got the goo on us. It looked like soy sauce. Anyways we were more concerned about my Mother's eye than our clothes. The manager were very unprofessional. He didn't show any sympathy at all. He didn't care.I just wanted to inform you all that I will be disputing the charge. I didn't want to cause a scene. But a little compassion would have been nice.
