I have the employee number to two of the uncaring incompetents that I was forced to contend with over the last month! F106 Frank Rosie Did not get ID number H731 Manager DJ both in Austin, TX. After the abysmal behaviors that were bestowed by Netspend on me over this last month, I am considering applying to the OCC for Netspend being removed as a fainancil institution in the United States! The gross neglegence and apathy of Netspend employees offered absolutely no resolve to the effects of their wrongful actions that led to me going hungry for 3 days, ending me in the hopital in hypoglycemic Emergency! Though I lived, the ill affects were significant and injurious! This condition was a direct result of Netspend not doing their jobs leading to the denial of MY monies from My account and therefore without sustainence. I was close to death! these corrupt, apathetic employees denying me my balances from my checking account. I will not lend testimony here because I am considering a multimillion dollar lawsuit. The way Nerspend employees exercised gross negligence in their every action was hard to believe. They were like an unsupervised group of children that made NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER toward the many problems that they caused and that only I am still paying for! The end result was significant physical injury along with indescribable pain and suffering. Not to mention the loss of monies they absorbed during my injury and resulting inability to correspond and guard my assets thar Netspend stole like a thief on the corner! I am seeking to form, or join a class action in regards to their gross neglegence and shattering of all laws leveled to protect consumers from such ill custodianship of my assets! User's recommendation: Stay as far away as you can!
