The rudeness of the employees, out of products such as coleslaw at about 6pm, shorted us our mashed potatoes on all three orders, chicken was real dark and greasy it was also so salty we could not even eat it. I tried to call back three times, but there was no answer, and it was still about 7pm. The customer service at the 800 number named Phil was very nice and said he would send us a $30 gift coupon to replace it, but I have not received it yet.
