Hair in tacos. Manager wouldnt listen. Discussed the stupid customer with coworkers while I was still on the phone. When I called back got a recording. Done. Will go next door to Taco Bell. Pay a little more but get better food and better treatment! Got no customer service User's recommendation: Pass on Jack. The food is terrible and the employees are rude.
