I need help on booking a flight but I couldn’t get any help

Like I said, I was trying to book a flight online and asked did I was a 100.00 off my ticket so apply for the credit card. After applying, went back too checkout, the deal was gone. So I tried calling to see if someone could help. Without a pine number on file and no ticket number, I did get any help. User's recommendation: Don’t know.
