I ordered a generator for about $650 in Nov 2020. I contacted them 3 weeks later wondering where it was. That began 3 months of back and forth me asking for updates, them saying Cummins was slow, or they didn't have info. When I asked for a refund, it started a 3-week tussle that only ended when I contacted 2 state Attorneys General (KY and MN) and the Better Business Bureau. Haven't seen the refund yet on March 5. I WOULD NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. User's recommendation: Avoid like the plague.
