My rewards gift cards of $25.00 are gone. I woke one morning to find all of my emails were gone and I was unable to get them back. Therefore, I redeemed my first 25,000 points and I have nothing. Would like to know if there is any way they can be re-issues due to the phone malfunction. Also, my app will sometimes pull Amazon orders but it will NOT pick up purchases from my email. My email is correctly set up and connected but doesnt work.
