Cannot log into my account.

I was told due to no activity on my account that I had until the 25th of July to respond. I cannot log in with my email and password it always comes up as a problem locating my information. I have sent an email but all I get back is an acknowledgment to the problem NO answers. These are my points I earned them and feel that I should not lose them due to inactivity. User's recommendation: Very disappointed in the customer service.
