We have had a litany of issues since moving in. But, this one takes the cake. Going on 30 days since reporting black mold and the only person to come out was a general contractor that isnt licensed in mold. We provided photos of the growth, including the mushroom growing through our wall. After several weeks, we finally had the carpet pulled back ( which we asked for nearly a month ago) and found about 13ft of black mold beneath our floors - let alone whatever is also growing behind the walls. My family is getting sick and Path lights negligence could be making it worse. Weve had so many other issues - but, this has put me over the edge. With the impact to our health, I feel obliged to share our story. User's recommendation: Get your OWN home inspection and review it with a contractor BEFORE signing for a lease. The program is a great program and opportunity, provided you don’t ever need repairs to the home.
