This company has to be the worse property management company. We signed a lease on a home. The back fence was scratch to pieces from a previous tenant's dog, boards falling off. When we requested they fix the fence, they declined saying they do not cover outdoor items. There are children in the yard behind us not to mention a huge dog. The property has a pool and hot tub. You would think, due to the liability, they would fix the fence. Other items in and outside the house need repair, and they won't fix them. You know the previous tenant did not get their deposit back, so they keep the deposit and tell the new renters to fix it at our expense. User's recommendation: Horrible Company.
