Failure to resolve billing error

I have made several calls over several months to correct a billing discrepancy that occurred in summer 2020. From 19 July 2020 through 5 November 2020 my solar panels were not producing. I over paid $114.24 for the service months of August and October 2020. A technician come to my home in November 2020 to repair my production unit and service restarted 5 November 2020. I have explained this several times to several people in your company with no real resolution. On the February 2021 bill, a credit of $45.82 was applied to my account, but that leaves a balance due to me of $68.42 that has not been resolved. The panels were not producing, and I have my electric bills for the months in question to prove it. User's recommendation: Do not sign up for automatic billing.
