My roof is leaking water into my house and they made me pay $95 per panel (6) plus a fixed rate of $320 totaling $890 before they would schedule an appointment for the removal. I paid this fee on 7/15 and as of today 7/21/21 there's no appointment made or any contact from them. I'm contacting my c/c company and putting in a dispute until they get this resolved. Furthermore I have contractors lined up to replace the roof and cannot move forward. replace/repair the roof replaced resolved. Furthermor User's recommendation: STAY AWAY...THEY'RE FULL OF BS.
