Called a 1 -800 # not listed here and they knew my cell number and asked for my name etc. I felt like this may have been a scam number so I hung up. They called back. It was not the number that you have listed here although it too said it was Vtech support. User's recommendation: Be sure you are connecting with correct legit people.
