7 days to hear order was canceled

I ordered a product from Corsairs online store. During checkout I misspelled my email as I checked out as guest. After 7 days of talking with Corsair Customer Service asking to change my email so I could receive shipping updates I was told that my order was cancelled. Not checking my order for almost a week is completely unacceptable. I was then told to buy the product again. No asking if I would like the product reordered, expedite my shipping or even a discount. No wonder Corsair's BBB score is so low. Which I complained on as well. I will be sharing my experience with anyone I can.
